'SoftValley started with one ambition: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, we launched as a humble, family-oriented shop, passing on secret family recipes.

Marco Bianchi, our founder, honed her pizza craft while journeying across Italy, learning from Neapolitan pizza experts. Back in the UK, her aim was to reproduce the essence of authentic Italian pizza, embracing both ancestral methods and premium materials.

Our initial small 12-place eatery has now expanded into a cherished community hub, while our dedication to exceptional quality and genuine practices remains steadfast. Utilizing original wood-fired oven methods, our daily-made dough, and top-tier produce is our tradition.

Presently, 'SoftValley' continues as a family heritage, with the Bianchi lineage at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. Although we've adopted contemporary trends, our core mission is unchanged: serving scrumptious, authentic pizza that gathers folks.
